This is Cristian answering. Hi!
How did Time Will Tell form and where did the name come from?
Time Will Tell is a product of the internet. Without it, we probably wouldn’t be a band. We found each other through forums and websites. Chris, Mike L, and Matt eventually tried out Mike T and I. We became a full band in late summer 2010. Going into the studio in September of 2010, we didn’t even have a name yet. We decided during the recording of our first demos that we would call ourselves, “Blue’s My Favorite Color.” Shortly before our first show we came to the conclusion that that was a terrible name haha. We sat around at practice the weekend before our first show thinking really hard about what to name ourselves. It was hard because I wanted it to come organically or be really meaningful. In the end, it kind of did. Chris just threw “Time Will Tell” out there and we all instantly agreed it was great. It sounded great, no other super successful band had used it yet as far as we could tell…
