also sorry to our featured artist. i’ve been slacking, but again, being sick just drains you. it’ll get taken care of soon enough though.

last time i wasn’t on here for a week, i lost at least 20 followers. i only lost 2. so thanks guys :)

i know i haven’t updated much recently, but there’s a legitimate reason. the other day my throat started hurting and i assumed it was a sore throat. but none of the home remedies that usually cure it were working. the next day it only got worse so i volunteered to actually go to the doctor (i knew i had to go. it was just horrible). my first class yesterday was cancelled so i went to the doctor instead and found out one of my tonsils is infected. i’m taking penicillin-based pills that is supposed to help, but there’s really not much of an improvement. granted, it’s only been about 2 days.

i had to call off of work yesterday and all i’ve really done these past few days was go to school and come home and lay in bed. the doctor didn’t say it was contagious, even though i know tonsillitis is, but that’s not what i have. i’m debating calling out sick again tomorrow because it kinda hurts to talk and as the days go, it’s getting a little bit better. saturday is the S!O and City Lights show and i’m going, regardless. so i’ve really just been trying to get as much rest as possible. only on the computer right now because i need to send an email about school stuff and upload a writing paper. so another day of no updates. my apologies.

i DO have the tumblr app on my iPhone, but because i’ve felt so shitty, i’ve spent most of my free time sleeping. i’ll be back to updating more frequently once i get back to normal :)
